Business Management Graduate

Start Date: April 2023

Locations: Bracknell or Manchester (Office based 2 – 3 days per week)

As a Graduate joining Fujitsu you will be allocated to one of our Junior Talent Role streams. Each role stream will provide you with the specific training, network and support you need to get off to a flying start in your careers at Fujitsu.

To compliment the role stream specific training, you will also undertake a 24 month modular development programme. This covers key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Each module will provide you the opportunity to take charge of your own development and allow you to expand your network with the full Junior Talent cohort across Europe.

You will be aligned to Service Delivery Management which will enable you to develop your skills in IT Service Management. As a Graduate Service Delivery Manager at Fujitsu you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the services we provide to our customers are aligned
  • Problem solving & navigating daily challenges in service
  • Managing Incidents, Problems, Changes and other ITIL4 Functions

Working alongside Business Management colleagues you will:

  • Manage the provision of IT services
  • Support and contribute to a positive customer experience
  • Work with new technologies such as automation
  • Engage in various rotations and experience business challenges within different industry and government sectors
  • Be part of a delivery team providing services to our customers and teams.
  • Assist in the development of service sand growth within our customers and teams
  • Have a chance to grow and explore other areas of the organisation through rotations and assignments which work for you.
  • You will support and work as part of our Service Deliver Community who are responsible for ensuring we meet customer requirements and are trusted to deliver against service contracts. You will learn about the ongoing management of operational tools and processes required to deliver agreed levels of service to our customers.
  • You will join a team that is ready to welcome and support you to gain the skills required to develop effective relationships and collaborate with some of Fujitsu’s key customers.

Fujitsu has Business Managers across a variety of business areas, if successful you would be selected to working in any of the following areas:

  • Public Sector - As Part of Public Sector delivery you will be working with our teams and customers supporting some of the most important frontline and high profile services. This can be a high pressure environment and will offer continual variety and challenging situations to navigate. 
  • UK&I Digital Delivery Centre, named DDaC – Digital, Data & Cloud - You will be focused on supporting customers on their digital transformation journey, leading a delivery team creating digital products and services, unleashing data, accelerating cloud native and innovating to create a positive world changing impact today.

 Entry Requirements:

  • For any IT and Technology positions, we require you to have completed or be studying a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) subject, or have relevant technical experience. Please note you will need to have obtained or hold a degree at the time of the start date for the role
  • Some applicants may not have traditional qualifications as listed above, and have prior learning and skills developed from the workplace, these will be considered on a case by case basis
