Graduate Musicians in Residence

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivational graduates from September 2023 who will be able to assist with both the academic and co-curricular provision in our busy and successful Music Department.

The successful candidates will be exceptionally passionate, flexible in their approach and work across a variety of musical styles and activities and have the ability to inspire and develop the talents of our students, whatever their level. Candidates of all music specialisms are encouraged to apply.

Keyboard skills are advantageous but by no means essential, but we are looking for one of our two graduates to take on some of the accompanying role in the department. An interest in curriculum music, including composition and music technology, is also desirable. This is an outstanding opportunity for inspirational, enthusiastic and versatile graduates to join the vibrant, diverse and exciting music programme at Millfield School.

The Graduate will receive £15,498.45 per annum, freshly prepared lunches for just £10 per month, access to the school facilities and discounts/cashback on high street shops and restaurants through the school’s Employee Assistance Programme.
