Market Research Executive/Sr. Executive, Platform & Technology Clients

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Research Executive or Senior Executive to join our Platform & Technology Team to drive client success. In this role, you will manage and provide support on all aspects of primary research for technology clients, including both qualitative and quantitative methods, with a strong emphasis on quantitative research. You bring your intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, and storytelling ability to the team. The Role 
  • Collaborate on market research studies for technology clients, including but not limited to ad/creative tests, brand studies, trackers, messaging/positioning evaluation, and market segmentations.
  • Support the team on every step of a project including but not limited to: note-taking, proposal drafting (e.g., desk research), survey design, link testing, fieldwork, data processing requests, data review, data analysis, report development and delivery.
  • Partner with internal & external operational teams to drive projects forward on stringent timelines.

 Who You Are
  • 6 months to 3 years' of experience working in consumer insights, consumer research, or in an analyst/strategy role on the agency/supplier side or at a media/entertainment/technology company.
  • Minimum 3-year BA/BSc degree with a strong academic record, and with a degree in a business or social science field or one with an emphasis on statistics or quantitative research methodologies.
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel OR Google Slides, Sheets and written and visual communication skills.
  • Exposure to quantitative methodologies (there will need to be an openness to work across a variety of methodologies, including qualitative research).
  • Experience with advanced data analysis techniques, including but not limited to statistical significance testing, correlation analysis, multivariate analysis techniques, and using statistical software packages (preferred).
  • Strong interest and experience in technology (preferred).
  • Strong data visualization capabilities (preferred).

Position Type
This is a full-time, exempt position.

Work Environment
NRG provides flexible work options – employees can work remotely, work out of a designated office (London) or a hybrid of the two. There will be an initial expectation to work from the London office at least 1-2 days a week. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
