Business Administration Assistant
The Chief of Staff Association is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Administration Assistant to support our team. As a Business Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organisation, including assisting with the membership application process and central communications for the CSA.
As a Business Administration Assistant, you will be required to:
- Provide administrative support to the organisation, including managing correspondence and maintaining records
- Manage the application process for members, including overseeing the scheduling of interviews, scholarships, membership offers and invoicing
- Assist with the management of the organisation’s social media and website where required
- Handle phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software (Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
If successful, the applicant will be on an initial base annual salary of £35000 and receive a stipend for professional development as part of their personal development plan. Please note that this role is open to applicants who are considering part-time work and is available to those who work remotely in part or in full.
