HR Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager to join the team at Sheffield Theatres and you could be just who we are looking for!

The HR Manager is a generalist role and will be responsible for the complete HR function at Sheffield Theatres. Reporting into the Deputy CEO, the role will manage and work closely with a team of two HR Advisors.

As HR Manager you will provide and be responsible for HR policies, procedures and advice which support the organisation’s goals, employees’ wellbeing and development needs.
In addition, you will be responsible for recruitment and ensuring that the organisation has the best people possible to achieve the organisation’s aims and objectives.
