Sales Development Representative

Fast-growing start-up now looking for a hungry Sales Development Rep (SDR) to help source, qualify, new opportunities to build on our success in the market today. This will be a unique opportunity for someone to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing company. You will have the opportunity to be a trailblazer for the business and realize the uncapped upside based on your performance. You will be someone that is comfortable sourcing your own pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and working closely with the executive leadership team to close new business. You will be laser focused on achieving weekly / monthly pipeline goals through account-based prospecting utilizing a modern tech stack. You are resourceful, independent, driven, and comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with working at a start-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets by effectively selling and prospecting. 
  • Generate a consistent, predictable pipeline of new business through proper qualifying of new leads and opportunities
  • Manage and prospect predictable pipeline of business across multiple sales stages using HubSpot as the primary CRM
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Marketing, Product, Sales leadership, and Senior Management teams on market dynamics, customer requirements, and new opportunities. 
  • Exceed hustle targets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year sales experience. Selling anything.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, video prospecting, and email campaigns
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and quota
  • Strong understanding of solution selling/value selling methodology and process
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset that works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent thinker with the ability to find the tools and resources to be successful
  • Outstanding communication skills and work ethic
  • Expert with technology
  • Strong desire to over-achieve and help shape the culture, pace, and foundation for the future TA sales organization
  • Metrics-driven mindset in order to exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
  • Ability to travel as needed to close new business
  • Team player that exhibits collaborative qualities and a passion for the business
  • Willingness to learn
  • Previous start-up experience a plus
