Engagement Worker
We are looking to recruit an Engagement Worker to join our friendly community team in Manchester.
You will become part of a team that provides careers support to 16-18 year-olds who are not in education, employment or training, helping them to identify their career ambitions and move into fulfilling employment and training.
The role will be based at our office at The Millennium Powerhouse in Moss Side though you will mainly be working in venues in the community in North Manchester.
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who are able to build meaningful relationships with young people, helping them understand their career skills and strengths, overcome personal barriers and create a better future for themselves.
