Process Engineer
1. Engaged in process transfer and process technology management of small molecule drugs from chemical synthesis research and development laboratory to pilot workshop or commercial workshop, familiar with and mastered the process of the proposed production project, adjusted or optimized the process and parameters to meet the stable production requirements;
2. Make project implementation plan according to output, delivery date, process parameters and production facility configuration;
3, participate in the review of technology transfer process package, and can effectively complete or participate in the scale-up transfer of process technology. Research, grasp the reaction mechanism of actual projects, identify the risks in the process of production scale-up;
4, evaluate the feasibility of the process, safety, production capacity and demand to match, equipment selection;
5. Participate in project review, identify the risks existing in the process of each project, and put forward preliminary modification suggestions to submit to the meeting for discussion;
Job requirements
1. PhD degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, chemical process, reaction engineering, fine chemical industry, pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering, etc. Experience in chemical plant, GMP and API projects in pharmaceutical industry is preferred;
2, Have a good foundation in organic chemistry, familiar with various chemical reaction types ;
3, proficient in mass transfer process, heat transfer calculation, momentum transfer, chemical thermodynamics and other content;
Have a certain knowledge and understanding of common chemical equipment and chemical unit operation, proficient in reactor design and selection, understand the material and energy balance, process flow chart, equipment process data sheet and other basic design;
4. Good communication skills and problem solving skills;
5, with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism and teamwork spirit, able to withstand greater work pressure, and capable of challenging work;
6. Good English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
7, skilled use of Chemdraw，Visio and other office software. Experience with proficiency in Aspen, AutoCAD, Dynochem preferred.
