Analytical Development

1. Responsible for supporting method development, protein molecular characterization, sample analysis;

2. Responsible for establishing analytical methods and tests for process development samples, establishing physicochemical analysis methods or biochemical methods for detecting protein biological products, drafting testing standard procedures，under the leadership of supervisors;

3. Arrange work and project plans based on schedules and functional objectives;

4. Report the plan, execution, and completion status of the project to supervisor Proactively;

5. Establish and maintain organized laboratory operating practices and rules， continuously improve testing efficiency.

Job requirements

1. Possess basic professional knowledge and degree in chemistry or biology, doctor’s degree, major in chemistry or biology;

2. Have a certain level of professional knowledge and experience in the science of biological product analysis;

3.Experienced in analytical methods, such as HPLC/UP LC, cIEF, CE, LC-MS, spectrophotometry, Spectroscopy, particle analysis, PCR, ELISA, cell-based bioassay, etc.;

4. Possess organizational, positive thinking, strong collaboration and communication skills;

5. Strong listening, reading and written skills in Chinese and English.
