Process Development

You will be engaged in the research and development of biopharmaceuticals; Focus on the research and development of formulations and production processes for biopharmaceuticals; Have the opportunity to access current industry-leading technology platforms and lead innovative trends in drug discovery; Have the opportunity to have face-to-face communication and learning with experts from multinational pharmaceutical companies.

Job responsibilities

1. Participate in the construction of drug product (DP) development laboratories and platforms;

2. Participate in formulations and production processes development, developability, and combination products for biopharmaceuticals.

3. Fill in relevant experimental records in a timely and truthful manner, and complete data collation and report summary in a timely manner after the experiment is completed.

4. Participate in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment;

5. Participate in the ordering, tracking, and requisition of laboratory instruments, consumables, and reagents

Job requirements

1. Pharmaceutics, biochemistry, biotechnology and bioengineering and related majors, doctor degree;

2. Familiar with the development principles and basic requirements of sterile injections, as well as the formulation-related analysis methods;

3. Being down-to-earth and hardworking, patient and meticulous, self-motivated, and have a strong sense of progress;

4. Fluent English and Chinese; Strong learning and understanding abilities, be good at thinking problems;

5. Have strong hands-on experiment experience and communication skills;

6. Being able to work in a team and enjoy laboratory work.
