Graduate Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate to develop their skills in a growing company that is looking to expand! You will have to opportunity to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment where problem solving skills and an analytical approach is key.
This company is looking for a Graduate Machine Setter to join the team and support the wider business with process mapping. This is where you would identify the steps and decisions of an existing process in a diagram and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency of the processes. Another key area that the successful candidate would be working in would be the Plant Automation area, this means you would be making sure that all the production and machinery is operating correctly and efficiently by developing maintenance procedures in line with best practice.

A key aspect of this role will be to identify and recording production processes and timings in order to create standard operating procedures. In order to be successful in this role you will have to use mathematical and scientific models to understand production methods.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 4pm and Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm. Site based. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate.
