As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, your role will involve:
- Sourcing and Building Relationships with Clients
- Account Management
- Candidate Sourcing
- Shortlisting of Candidates
- Salary Negotiations
- Candidate Management throughout the Recruitment Process
Through our structured training and development programme, you will be coached to become a highly skilled recruitment professional. You will work with some of the biggest brands in the technology sector and learn how to effectively manage those clients, provide a world-class service, and help candidates to realise their potential.
You will be a part of helping achieve Evolution’s long-term strategic goal of being the company most known for improving the Recruitment experience within the technology industry.
From day one, you will receive a clear progression plan, commission structure and criteria for promotion based on your performance and our company values.

- Basic salary of £20,000-£25,000 (increased guarantees available depending on experience)
