CRM System Administration

Job responsibility

1.    Responsible for daily maintenance and configuration of CRM system.

2.    Assist business department collect the requirements and analysis in English, cooperate with the development team to complete system optimization.

3.    Responsible for assisting to answer users’ questions of CRM application system in English.

4.    Assist in project documentations, such as MOM / requirements / Design Deck / UAT scripts / Training Deck, and User manuals in English.

Job qualification

1.    Computer, mathematics, information and computing science, e-commerce, business information system and other related majors,undergraduate

2.    Have strong learning ability, logical thinking ability, excellent communication and coordination ability, and certain document preparation ability.

3.    Proficient in office software, programming experience (Java), familiar with Salesforce is preferred.

4.    Good oral and written communication skills in English.

5.    Good teamwork ability, problem solving, self-learning ability.
