Graduate Developer

Reporting to: Project Manager 
Position: Permanent 
Package: £25k - £35k, Fully Expensed, Profit Share Scheme, Office Equipment Expensed Pension: Company Nest Scheme 
Holiday: Unlimited holiday policy, subject to reasonable use 

Purpose of the Role 
The successful candidate will be employed to work with project teams and work directly with client stakeholders to ensure design and delivery of agreed solutions are achieved.

 The successful candidate will be responsible for: 
• Working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements 
• Utilising Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agent to design and develop innovative business solutions. 
• Collaborating with client and consultant teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time 
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including data dictionaries, process flows, and training materials 
• Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of business solutions and identify areas for improvement 
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the business analysis field, and recommend new tools and approaches as needed 

Requirements: 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 
• Willingness to learn Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent and web development languages such as PHP, html, JavaScript 
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business requirements 
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills 
• A passion to learn, educate others and be involved with a progressive company 
• An ability to understand and articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner 

The role will be hybrid, with travel to clients expected so the successful candidate will be required to travel by car or train and be prepared to work away during the week. When not on client sites, candidates will be able to work from home
