Being an it analyst , I wish to work like an independent resource but the it firm does not allows me to work as an individual. Independent means creative ideas and innovation that are more beneficial to both my career as well as my organization. In my organization i need to follow the scheduled things like scheduled change and maintaining the server , implementing the change and attending the client call . These are like day to day activities and they wont accept creative ideas and innovation technology to the future to improve the system.
What I wish was different
I wish to work as an innovative resource and also I want to play a major role in innovative world.
Advice
The amount of knowledge in the world and the idea that even though your knowledge might be plentiful, it is nothing compared to the existing knowledge in the world. “The more you know, the more you realize you don't know”. Try to learn as much as possible until your last breath to become an expert in all domains of it world.
