What I liked
* Induction and onboarding was smooth and gave me sufficient experience with the technologies we would be working with throughout the internship
* Challenging and diverse nature of work, including client demos and internal presentations, pushed me to improve both soft and hard skills in a balanced manner; emphasis on holistic contribution to the team that doesn't just focus on lines of code written
* Focus on clean code and good development practices allowed me to become a better developer
* Strong sense of being consistently supported throughout the internship; regular feedback from intern trainer allowed me to identify and work on my weaknesses, and weekly mentor chats provided an opportunity to talk about any problems I was experiencing
* Company culture that clearly values fun; many varying morale events that catered to all sorts of people, including sword fighting at the park and Blood on the Clocktower nights
* Many employee benefits besides the aforementioned morale events, including free breakfasts, snacks and drinks throughout the day, and subsidised restaurant-quality lunches
